STRENGTHENING TRI DHARMA OUTCOMES: IAHN GDE PUDJA MATARAM DISSEMINATES INSTITUTIONAL GUIDELINES

Mataram — In an effort to enhance the quality and impact of academic outputs, the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) of the State Institute of Hindu Religion (IAHN) Gde Pudja Mataram organized a dissemination program on institutional guidelines covering Research, Community Service, and Community-Based Student Program (KKN). The activity was held on Thursday, 22 January 2026, at the Second Floor Meeting Hall of the Rectorate Building, IAHN Gde Pudja Mataram. The program brought together institutional leaders and faculty members as key stakeholders in the implementation of the university’s Tri Dharma. Beyond introducing procedural frameworks, the dissemination emphasized the strategic role of standardized guidelines in producing measurable, accountable, and impactful academic outputs.

Through this initiative, the university reinforced the importance of aligning research and community service activities with institutional priorities, societal needs, and sustainable development goals. The guidelines are designed to support the production of high-quality research proposals, increased scholarly publications, applicable innovations, and community empowerment programs that generate tangible benefits for society.

Under the leadership of Dr. Ni Luh Sinar Ayu Ratna Dewi, S.S., M.Ag., LPPM continues to position itself as a driving force in improving the effectiveness of research and community engagement. Faculty members are encouraged to implement the guidelines consistently to ensure that academic activities result in relevant outputs, strong social impact, and increased institutional visibility at both national and international levels.

At the leadership level, the dissemination reflects the Rector’s expectation that all research, community service, and KKN activities at IAHN Gde Pudja Mataram are implemented in a more integrated, accountable, and outcome-driven manner. By ensuring a shared understanding of LPPM guidelines, the university aims to strengthen academic quality, enhance institutional performance, and maximize the social relevance of its academic contributions to the wider community.

As an expected outcome, the dissemination program is projected to lead to a significant improvement in the quality and quantity of research and community service outputs, including competitive research grants, peer-reviewed publications, applied research products, and structured KKN programs responsive to real community challenges. In the long term, these outcomes are anticipated to reinforce IAHN Gde Pudja Mataram’s role as a center for academic excellence, religious moderation, and community-based development.

The activity concluded in a conducive and collaborative atmosphere, marking an important step toward strengthening institutional governance and ensuring the sustainable implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.
