Mataram — The Institut Agama Hindu Negeri (IAHN) Gde Pudja Mataram conducted a three-day Quality Workshop on Accreditation Document Preparation from December 5–7, 2025, at the Jayakarta Hotel. The workshop, themed “Akselerasi Menuju Akreditasi Unggul & Internasional,” represented a strategic initiative to reinforce the institution’s readiness in meeting national and international accreditation standards. The activity involved university leaders, academic staff, and student representatives, demonstrating a collaborative and inclusive approach to institutional quality assurance.
Under the coordination of Committee Chair Dr. Nengah Sukendri, S.E., M.Pd.H., the workshop was designed to deepen participants’ theoretical understanding and practical competencies in aligning accreditation instruments with the regulatory framework defined by Permendiktisaintek No. 39 Tahun 2025. The event highlighted the institution’s commitment to academic excellence, governance transparency, and continuous quality improvement.
The workshop featured distinguished scholars as keynote speakers, each offering specialized insights into accreditation procedures and quality enhancement mechanisms. Prof. Dr. Made Sudarma, SE., Ak., MM. opened the series with his session titled “Acceleration of Accreditation Document Preparation for IAHN Gde Pudja Mataram Towards Excellent Accreditation Based on Permendiktisaintek No. 39 of 2025.” His presentation outlined the critical components and evaluative criteria required in accreditation documentation, emphasizing the importance of data integrity, outcome-based assessment, and institutional performance alignment.
Following this, Prof. apt. I Ketut Adnyana, M.Si., Ph.D. delivered a comprehensive lecture on “Accelerating Quality Improvement in Research and Community Service Towards International Accreditation.” He underscored the necessity of strengthening research productivity, expanding interdisciplinary collaboration, and building global academic partnerships as essential parameters of internationally recognized accreditation systems.
The workshop continued with Prof. Dr. I Putu Gelgel, S.H., M.Hum., who provided an in-depth technical guidance on the preparation of LKPT, LKPS, and LED documents. His session clarified the methodological rigor required in compiling performance reports and self-evaluation documents, offering participants structured analytical tools and best practices for demonstrating institutional effectiveness.
Concluding the expert sessions, Prof. Dr. Ir. I Wayan Wirata, A.Ma., S.E., M.Si., M.Pd. presented a detailed discussion on advanced strategies to accelerate the preparation of accreditation documents. He highlighted benchmarking, continuous monitoring and evaluation, and evidence-based reporting as key components in achieving Excellent Accreditation status.
Throughout the three-day program, participants engaged in academic discussions, document simulations, and collaborative review activities, fostering a productive environment for knowledge exchange and capacity building. The workshop served not only as a technical training platform but also as an academic forum for strengthening shared understanding of quality assurance principles within higher education.
The implementation of this workshop is expected to significantly enhance the institution’s preparedness for upcoming accreditation assessments. It also reinforces IAHN Gde Pudja Mataram’s long-term vision to advance its academic reputation and establish itself as a competitive higher education institution at both national and international levels.
